The staff provided excellent service at all times. The hotel connects directly to a large mall. This made shopping very convenient. The room had a comfortable bed. the bathroom had all necessary amenities.
Some areas of the hotel appear slightly dated.

i found the location excellent, connected directly to the festival city mall. this gave me very easy access to lots of shopping and dining options. the staff was friendly and very helpful, especially with directions and local information. the hotel also had beautiful views of the creek.

the staff was exemplary, especially kailash, bhavana, yashpal, sukhjeet, farid and atif who was really good in their service. arun, the duty manager, was able to deal with any issues fast. the breakfast was amazing everyday and the staff happy to make anything specific if requested. the rooms were spacious and the waterfront view was amazing.
i request for a praying mat but never got it. i thought the room would have a king bed but it was a queen size bed. the sink in bathroom was block. too much noise with rooms next door with door closing etc.

The staff were professional and top notch I particularly noted Mrindul Joshi and Mohammed.
I booked a quiet non-interconnecting non-smoking room with one bed I expected this as a returning guest I had stayed at the hotel nine times before. The clerk gave me a very noisy room It had a strong cigarette smoke smell. He said I booked a cheap room and could not expect to get everything I wanted. I had to wait two hours for a room change I then got a room with two single beds an interconnecting door and plenty of noise.
